Fifth Week Standings

Hey Everyone! Hope your weight loss is going well and you are becoming a much more healthier you. There are so many goals we could all have regarding this competition/challenge. Some of you are wanting to win because it motivates you to lose those unwanted pounds and some of you just are seeking to have some accountability and support with your weight loss. There are so many different avenues for people to go down in order to achieve health. Remember, everyone is different and everyone loses weight differently. God has made us beautiful and unique...that should ALWAYS be the first thought about ourselves everyday! It is very easy to get caught up in this whole, "need to lose, need to lose." I encourage you to take a breath, smell the spring flowers and notice God's creation all around you. I also encourage you to keep plugging at your goals but try to be stress free about it and have fun. Below is the status of what people have lost in pounds thus far. To the left I have calculated percentage of weight loss according to your beginning weigh in, this will be updated every week. REMEMBER...if you are discouraged at your standing...that could change in the next few weeks don't give up...you never know. :) Good luck and God bless! Take Care!

Fitness Opportunity

Please consider getting friends together and walk.

Half Way Through the Week

Hey everyone! How is your week going? I can't believe we are already half way through the week. How has your diet been this week and your fitness level? I added, at the bottom of the page, Sheeba Cook's walking challenge. I know it's been a little snowy and cold but it's so much easier when we walk with friends. Also, to the left I have added some ideas of events and/or ideas of fitness. By this time, you should have come up with a program that you feel comfortable with. Comment on the following:

1. What tactic are you taking to help change your lifesyle?
2. What has worked for you this week so far?
3. What has not worked for you?
4. How are you feeling? On track, confused, overwhelmed or motivated?

First Week! Weigh In Here!!!!

We had our first meeting at the Stoddard's and all weighed in. We are so excited to see how you all do next week. We spoke today a lot about the importance of eating protein and how much we need through out the day. Please click on the "weight loss challenge" to the left under helpful sites and click week one for all of the hand outs. Remember next week we are going to have to print out our handouts to bring to the meeting. The username is herbalife and the password is water for week two. Remember if you have any questions please give Sarah or I a call.
Below in the comments I have listed the names of the members I know of. I apologize ahead of time if I forget you...if I did please write your name in the comments. If you didn't make the meeting and need to weigh in, make a comment and answer the following questions:

1. What goal would you like to accomplish for next week? It could be weight loss or changing your diet or fitness.

Bell Creek Getting Healthy Challenge

Welcome to our blog! We are excited to see how with God's help and support of friends and family you can make a lifestyle change and become a more fit and healthy individual. Our competition will be begin on April 4th and will last until June 20th. Mandatory weigh in will be at Sarah Stoddard's house at 9:30 am and we will have some information about the details of the competition. If you cannot make the meeting let Jen know we can work something out. After the meeting it is your choice whether you will continue to attend the weekly meetings or you will just follow the blog and weigh in via the blog. On week twelve you will need to weigh in at Sarah's house again but if you choose to just follow the web....the first and last meeting will be the only required meetings to attend.

When you weigh in for the first week we will NOT reveal to anyone what your weight is unless you choose to tell. We will keep that strictly confidential. The winner will be determined by the greatest amount of percentage of weight loss. For all of the rules and regulations please read to the left.
