First Week! Weigh In Here!!!!

We had our first meeting at the Stoddard's and all weighed in. We are so excited to see how you all do next week. We spoke today a lot about the importance of eating protein and how much we need through out the day. Please click on the "weight loss challenge" to the left under helpful sites and click week one for all of the hand outs. Remember next week we are going to have to print out our handouts to bring to the meeting. The username is herbalife and the password is water for week two. Remember if you have any questions please give Sarah or I a call.
Below in the comments I have listed the names of the members I know of. I apologize ahead of time if I forget you...if I did please write your name in the comments. If you didn't make the meeting and need to weigh in, make a comment and answer the following questions:

1. What goal would you like to accomplish for next week? It could be weight loss or changing your diet or fitness.

2. What is your start weight (optional)

3. What program are you thinking of doing to accomplish your weight loss?

  2. 1. I am hoping to make working out a priority this week, making myself fit it into my schedule. If I work out more than twice this week, I will be very happy and on the right track...

    3. Jay and I will set up our program Sunday evening... we need both a combination of fitness and better nutrition.

  5. Is everyone getting enough protein yet low calorie? Protein stays in your body for 3+ hours and stops our cravings. Read up on Week 1 in WLCNow.com. Remember the next week paperwork password is water and username is herbalife.

  6. Where is everyone? We need more comments on how to get protein and stay low calorie from everyone. I know I learned on Sat the darker the vegetable the more protein. Has everyone filled out their WHY's paperwork, fill the whole page. Oh, no I still need to fill it out, today!

  10. Okay, I got in about 90 grams of protein today with probably about 1200 calories. High on calories but did not have to go outside in the snow. Practice was at our house with mental strategy. How about others? How much protein? How much were the soynuts? I get a discount on my herbalife, that's why I love it. The nuts are less than one dollar a pack and then you don't overdue your intake like when you buy in bulk!

  11. Andy from church had some great information at church on Sunday about protein. It seems like his trainer is great. He has lost alot and wish he would share his insight with our group. He lost a ton of weight also. He is doing weight training so I know you needs tons of protein.

Hey, my scone was good from a tea room in Plymouth. I had two on my plate and I saved one verses eating both small homemade scones on Saturday two hours after our first meeting. Therefore, thanks for the support!

  12. My husband had a protein shake for breakfast and lunch today, plus took my natural supplements for breakfast. He lost 3 pounds! You boys better start losing weight or he is gonna beat you! He ran 2 miles and did push ups also. He is gonna also be in great shape if he keeps it up.

I need to go workout to keep up with him. Good Night.
