    1. Lost 4 lbs......2.6%
    2. I did well with my dinner meal each week eating alot of vegetables & salad, not normally my fortay(sp).
    3. This coming week I need desperately to enter into a daily exercise routine at home & at the gym.
    4. Not cheating my weight loss program on special days and the weekend.
